We probably first met as toddlers, but the first time we remember was when Ann joined the Teen group at Twin Cities Friends Meeting. After months of coming up with passable excuses to talk to Ann nearly every day, Erik finally worked up the nerve to ask her out. Luckily, she didn't realize it was a date, so she said yes.
Ten years later, here we are.
In between we have spent a lot of time together, talking, laughing, arguing and laughing some more. We've seen a lot of movies, gone on a lot of walks, played a lot of games, read aloud together and put together many puzzles. We've gone adventuring, gone to college, gone camping, gone boating, gone to museums, traveled to Europe, moved in together and dealt with grad school (only Ann was a student, but don't think Erik didn't suffer too) and unemployment. We've also adopted two cats on whom we dote and about whom we will happily tell you far more than you would ever want to know.
